Food Handler’s Card Required!

Did you update your Food Handler’s Card? Look at the expiration date on your Food Handler’s Card. Do you need to renew your card? Click Here to Complete the Food Handlers Certificate Course Online. Upon completion of this short course, along with a $10 fee, you will be able to print your card that is approved by the Lane County Health Dept. and will be good anywhere in the state of Oregon for three years.

For this site, you must be able to pay online using either a VISA or MasterCard. No other form of payment will be accepted.

This food handler course requires that you print your card from the course website. You print your card from the computer you use with the printer you use. For those who need access to a computer with a printer, check your local public library or community college library.

All new booth workers and all teens are required to have available for posting a current Food Handler’s Card. If you want to camp at the fair and work in the Blintz Booth, you must have a Food Handler’s Card.

Food Handler Training & Certification

Oregon Restaurant Association offers food handler training and certification that is approved by the Oregon Health Division and valid statewide. This state-mandated training can be satisfied by taking ORA's online course or the by-mail packet. ORA is the largest provider of online food handler training in the state of Oregon.
